Our falafel is one of the most iconic staples at ONO — crisp on the outside, soft and fragrant on the inside, made entirely from scratch, every single day.
We don’t use premixes, powders, or shortcuts.
Everything comes from real ingredients, real herbs, and real time in the kitchen.
What makes it special:
Fresh chickpeas soaked overnight
Not canned, not pre-cooked — real chickpeas, prepared the traditional way for maximum flavor and texture.
Hand-chopped fresh herbs
Parsley, coriander, onion, and garlic — cut fresh in our kitchen to keep the aroma bright, green, and alive.
Our in-house spice blend
A balance of cumin, coriander, paprika, and a few ONO secrets that give the falafel its warmth and depth.
Zero flour in the mix
The falafel holds naturally — no binders, no wheat, no fillers.
That’s why it stays light yet full of flavor.
Dedicated gluten-free fryer (when requested)
By default the falafel is naturally gluten-free.
If a guest needs a 100% GF experience, we fry it in our separate gluten-free fryer, ensuring no cross-contamination.
